These Purchase Terms (“Purchase Terms”) govern your purchases of products and services available through https://slimshopfr.com/ (the “Company Sites” or “Sites”). The Company Sites are operated by slimshopfr.com (the “Company”). Your use of the Company Sites and these Terms is also governed by the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, which are incorporated herein by reference.
PLEASE READ THESE PURCHASE TERMS CAREFULLY, TOGETHER WITH THE TERMS OF USE, PRIVACY NOTICE, AND ANY OTHER POLICIES OR AGREEMENTS REFERENCED IN THESE PURCHASE TERMS, BEFORE PURCHASING OR USING ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THROUGH THE COMPANY SITES. BY PURCHASING OR USING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THROUGH THE COMPANY SITES, YOU AGREE TO THESE PURCHASE TERMS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER DESCRIBED IN THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION SECTION BELOW.
GENERAL
These Purchase Terms have been entered into and accepted by you and constitute a valid and binding agreement between you and the Company, enforceable against you in accordance with their terms.
You represent that you are:
(1) at least 18 years of age;
(2) legally capable of entering into a binding contract; and
(3) not prohibited from receiving services under any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
You must purchase and use the products and services available through the Company Sites in strict compliance with these Purchase Terms and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations (collectively, the “Laws”).
You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your purchase, including all laws applicable in the jurisdiction to which the products are shipped.

PURCHASES
Order Processing
The Company may, at its sole discretion, choose not to process or may cancel your order under certain circumstances.
This may occur, for example, if the product or service you wish to purchase is out of stock or incorrectly priced, if we suspect that the order is fraudulent, or under other circumstances that the Company considers appropriate at its sole discretion.
The Company also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take steps to verify your identity in order to process your order.
The Company will not charge you, or will refund any amounts charged, for orders that it does not process or that it cancels.
Without limiting the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to:
(i) revoke any stated offer;
(ii) correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions; and
(iii) make changes to prices, content, promotional offers, product descriptions or specifications, or other information without any obligation to provide notice of such changes, including after an order has been submitted, acknowledged, shipped, or received, except where prohibited by law.
Product and Service Descriptions
The Company makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions of the products and services available on the Company Sites.
However, the Company does not warrant that such descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
If a product or service offered through the Company Sites is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the item as provided in these Purchase Terms.
The Company Sites may offer a quick-view feature for various products.
This feature allows you to view product pricing information and add a product to your shopping cart without opening the full product page.
The quick-view feature and the add-to-cart feature are provided solely for your convenience.
More detailed information regarding the product, its origin, features, and price can be found on the applicable product page.
Pricing Information
The Company makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate pricing information for the products and services available on the Company Sites.
However, we cannot guarantee that pricing errors will not occur.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to process or to cancel any order placed for a product or service whose price was incorrectly displayed on the Site due to an error.
In such cases, the Company will notify you by email.
In addition, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any error in the stated total retail price.
Product and Service Availability
The Company Sites may contain information regarding product availability.
This information may be used to estimate the likelihood that an item will be shipped immediately after you place your order.
The estimated delivery date for an item to your destination address will generally be approximately 30 days or less after payment, but this may vary depending on product shortages, adverse weather conditions, carrier transit times, destination address, and other factors.
Unfortunately, the Company cannot guarantee that an item listed as “in stock” will actually be shipped immediately, as inventory levels may vary significantly from day to day.
In rare cases, a product or service offering may be in stock when a customer places an order but become unavailable by the time the Company attempts to process the order.
In such cases, the Company will notify you by email.
Service offerings that are out of stock are generally no longer available.
If the Company determines that a product or service you wish to purchase is no longer available, the item will be canceled from your order.

Specific Disclaimers and Additional Obligations
In addition to the general disclaimers contained in the Terms of Use, products and services purchased through the Site:
(a) may not include a manufacturer’s warranty, even if the same or a similar product or service is available elsewhere with a warranty;
(b) may not include service or support options;
(c) may not include manuals, instructions, or safety warnings in your native language or in the language of certain destination countries;
(d) may not be designed in accordance with the standards, specifications, and labeling requirements applicable in your jurisdiction; and
(e) may not comply with the voltage requirements or other electrical standards applicable in your jurisdiction, which may require the use of an adapter or converter.
It is your responsibility, and you hereby agree, to research the product to ensure that it meets your needs and may be legally imported into your jurisdiction.
TAXES
You are responsible for all taxes, customs duties, tariffs, and other charges imposed by the jurisdiction to which the products are shipped, including, without limitation, sales or use taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), and tariffs.
